Running the night procedures such as:
- Checking Revenue of the Outlets
- Checking the PM's opened daily (with the reason)
- The Front Office Daily work
- Checking Food & Beverage bills, Revenue of each outlet .....
- Close the Micro's system
- All the jobs related after the night closer
- Preparing the MARKET SURVEY (calculating revenue, occupancy, competition ...)
- Doing spot checks on all Cashiers
- Close the Food & Beverage posted bills
- Printing and matching reports related
- Close all Cashes and do the Necessary drop
- Prepare the Rebate report on Excel sheet
- Summary of the daily revenue …
- Greeting customers in a friendly and courteous way
