• Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

•Ensuring clients were comfortable with using the product and provide further guidance and education via conference call or in person.
•Conducting onsite customer training seminars and conferences using Microsoft PowerPoint, which included information about the US Equity and Options Markets, trading platforms & trading basics.
•Creating and distributing user-friendly product information handbooks in both Arabic and English.
•Resolving client’s general queries and ensure that their needs are met whilst ensuring company policy and industry regulations are observed.
•Responsible for management reporting of leads, accounts and key metrics.
•Providing administrative support to the VP of Middle East.
•Handling of accounting related issues such as processing monthly invoices and expenses as well as managing relationships with business vendors.

•Responsible for the after sales procedures, and the coordinating with service centers and suppliers for the repaired or refunded stocks.
•Direct contact with customers in order to inform them about the status of
their items. Day to day follow up reports.
•Universal customer service representative, responsible for lines billing and all the services (invoicing, changing SIM cards, numbers, line transfer, …etc). In Addition to my basic role in the telemarketing process for any new service presented.
•Teaching computer courses for kids (K.G, Elementary) using special and
