1.Arbitration- review franchise agreement for possible defaults, use system to review franchisees’ status; determine if legal action is warranted and assist legal team with probation agreements and interim orders as needed.
2.Review the laws and regulations in a number of areas
3.Review contracts
4.Work with vendor contracts to ensure supplier agreement and vendor contracts are followed including use of the Smaller Vendor and Mid-Size Vendor agreements
5.Assist with transfer process, particularly initiation
6.Assist with legal enforcement of awards; collecting information from development agents and others in support of the case; following up with counsel and development agents as directed by HQ
7.Provide legal team at HQ with in region support for faster response and processing of requests
8.Assist with crisis management as needed
