• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy as the job role will cater to all brands of Demind and Gham and the company’s
SKU’s and the any business unit that the company manages.
• Design and update job description and job specifications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Draft and present offer letters and employment contracts in line with the approved manning, approved by the HR manager and
answer the queries of the employees and if not take it to the next level and ensure employee gets the right information without delay.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys such as (Voice of Team, Voice of Management Team and 360 degree etc.).
• Prepare and conduct interdepartmental and interoffice social and sports events.
• Communicate employees’ suggestions/complaints.
• Participate in conducting staff exit interviews.
• Plan and schedule communication meetings. Communicate the communication meeting results with all concerned parties (up to Chain
manager).
