- Prepare budget estimate, cost plans and schedule of works
- Provide cost control at the different stages of a project and report upstream
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs in different markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, UK).
- Perform measurements for structural and architectural works to prepare bill of quantities and specifications for projects
- Assist with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of project managers
- Provide assistance in verifying claims, interim payment certificates, variations, addendum, extension of time contractual issues in accordance with FIDIC contract
- Assess and manage risks associated with a project
- Prepare, review and compile tender documents: BOQ, specifications, method of measurement, conditions of contract, general requirements
- Analyze tender returns, prepare tender evaluation report and recommend negotiating points
- Participate in design team and progress meetings with clients
- Carry benchmarking techniques to update the costing database
- Obtain quotes and technical feedback from suppliers and manufacturers
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Participate in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork
- Manage quality assurance program, including developing internal procedures, perform quality review and participate in internal audits
- Achieve the highest standards of professional competence and RICS ethical standards in work and when dealing with clients, reinforcing self and the profile of the company.

2- Draft installation accessory detail for precast elements
3- Take on-site as built measurements in order to prepare shopdrawings
4- Draft as built shopdrawings and cutting lists for precast item production and installation
5- Prepare production orders for precast elements
6- Synchronise production schedule with client needs and site progress
7- Ensure that dimensions and specifications of production orders to be in compliance with drawings
8- Monitor installation QA/QC
9- Monitor progress of the production/installation on site to be in compliance with
shopdrawing plans and project deadlines
10- Prepare progress reports
11- Prepare IPC statements to be sent to clients
12- Synchronise and supervise third party sub-contractors related but not limited to Waterproofing,
Epoxy, facade works and precast element installation
