a. Provide legal support according to the Group Legal department’s guidelines
b. Deal with all types of legal questions and fulfill the legal advisory role.
c. Assuring the legal security of the agreements established by the Bank as well as identifying and evaluating all eventual risks for the Bank and handling the regular reporting Group.
d. Answer any legal question raised by customers and help minimize the legal risk in the retail network.
e. Inspect the legal aspect of any new products and ensure they comply with the applicable legislation and Central Bank regulation.
f. Review all contracts to ensure the Bank’s interests are taken into account.
Provide legal advice to the CEO and to all departments on all legal matters and all documents
