• WPS, MOI, Muqeem, MOL, VAT/ ZAKAT etc
• Leading internal auditing.
• Annually External audit (Support).
• Working to Strengthen Overall Control mechanism.
• Policies & procedures creation & implementation.

Maintaining ERP based Journal, ledger and Trial Balance.
• To Manage Daily Cash Receiving, Reconciling and Depositing of Cash &
Cheque.
• To Prepare, Submit & Arrange Petty Cash.
• To Prepare & Maintain Customer’s Outstanding Statement.
• To Manage and observe all Staff Deployments and pass all instructions and
Operation & Administration Orders to the on duty staff Maintaining Day book
journals. Payment Vouchers
• Follow up with clients and vendors
• Employee Salaries and advances
• Following Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Archive: Maintaining records- soft & hard copy.
• Projects invoices, Quotations and purchase orders
• Financial Reporting as per requirements.
• Internal Audit for branches & HO
• Supervising & supporting external audit.
