Supervising the Performance Management process of employees during and after the probation period; Monitoring the implementation of a performance improvement process for non-performing employees;
Reviewing, guiding, and approving management recommendations for employment terminations;
Improving & updating the HR Dept.’s Policies & Procedures;
Developing and administering the Rewards scheme/mechanism for all employees;
Evaluating employees’ training needs and Conducting post-training courses quality evaluation;
Making recommendations to executive management;
