feeding system to Pre-calciner of kiln Pre-heater
Erection, Installation & commission of SPL (Spent pot lining) feeding
system to Pre-calciner of kiln Pre-heater- First time in Saudi Arabia
where SPL is used as Alternative fuel
Analyzing & preparing various plan with the co-ordination of various
department for establish RDF project- Refuse derived fuel: Produce from
various municipal, Industrial & Commercial wastes (MSW). -Ongoing

Alignment and commissioning of Pollution control equipment’s like Bag
filters, Electrostatic precipitator & Reverse Air Bag House.
Various conveyor system, Auxiliary, Pumps, centrifugal fans, and
blowers
Assist in developing, recommending and managing process & equipment
reliability programs (Root cause failure analysis/ Mean Time Between
Failure)
Material handling equipment like belt conveyors, pan conveyors, bucket
elevators, and many other
Stationary equipment like Clinker Cooler with capacity 8500 TPD, grate
cooler makes and capacity 4000 TPD, grate cooler makes

Conducting all maintenance activities such as attending breakdowns,

Replacing HP & LP pumps, apron feeder spares, weigh feeder, conveyor
belts, re-claimer & side scrapper maintenance jobs.
Implementing Kaizen for ensuring for zero breakdown, spare cost & cycle
time reduction; insulating pipelines of all equipment
Ensuring availability & delivery of right quality materials/parts at the right
time, price & terms; coordinating with Planning, Projects & Quality
Teams and Stores for effective inventory control
Maintained daily, weekly & monthly activity of PMS, Inventory & Purchase related to maintenance and production
Looking after all the maintenance of machinery belong to Raw mill & cement mill such as reclaimer, stacker,
separator, cyclones, belt conveyors ETC
Maintenance of Mills liners, diaphragms, lubrication pumps, Elevators ETC.
Maintenance of Transporting system equipments such as belt conveyors, pan conveyors, weighing feeders ETC.
Conducting all maintenance activities such as attending breakdowns, conducting RCA, Why-Why Analysis to find
out the cause of breakdown, implemented corrective/preventive actions.
