1)To manage the site execution of the Project such that is completed within the time.
2)Ensure execution of work that which is according to specification, drawing and design of contract.
3) Monitoring/controll of labour and sub-contractors.
4)Inspection and approval of work by consulting Engineer.
5)To ensure that adequate construction material is available at site well in time.
6)Reporting Project Manager for problems and issues.
7)Submitting daily progress report to Project Manager and keep record of daily and weekly progress as per requirement.
8)To ensure that no materials fixed asset or labour is being wasted at site.
9)To assist Project Manager in all the matters concerning the project.
10)To physically check the form work by the sub-contractor which is according to contract.
11)To physically check the steel reinforcement bars as per issued drawings.
12)To check and confirm the mixing of concrete as per mixed design provided.
13)To supervise the concrete pouring according to the Engineering practices.
14)To ensure that the staff/man power of the contractor are competent/skilled.
15)Ensure good quality construction by close monitoring of various activities on site including concreting, steel fixing, shuttering etc.
16)To keep informed the site incharge of any discrepancy/non Engineering practices.
17)To use smart, simple and polite language with every one.
18)Renovation & Rehabilitation of Schools & colleges.
19)Designing, Estimation, Planning and Supervision Work of Building, Water Supply & Sanitation, Brick Roads, Cement Concrete Roads, C.C & Brick Drains, Culverts, Tube wells & Reservoir.
20)I have experience in Public Health Department and Municipal Administration.
