Conducting Audit to our various Showrooms, Warehouses & Head Office as per Audit schedule, during the audit: verifying inventory & Financial transactions. fixed assets, Verifying Complete Book of Accounts including Exp, Journal entries etc.
 Doing pre Audit of all expenses and purchases
 Verifying of Costing of products.
 
 Reconciling and verifying the Vendor accounts.
 Verifying & Making the various scheme of vendors,
 Taking care of payables & Receivables of the company.
 Taking care of company’s fixed assets
 Coordinating to showrooms for Accounting, Training & Cost control Purpose.
 Conducting Internal Audit review meetings with all vertical heads and regional Account Heads, monitoring the action plans emerged out of the audit reports at regions and at corporate and ensuring the policies and procedures compliance.

 Preparation of Executive Summary of Internal Audit Reports and submitting of the same to concern TOP Management
