1. Handling Individual, corporate & Groups Requests (Reservations & Booking) for Egyptian, FIT & Gulf Market.
• Providing tailor made itineraries and quotes.
• Handling all aspects of reservations & booking requests received from Tour Operators, meeting deadlines at all time.
• Coordinating between other internal Departments and the external Customers of the company (Suppliers - Hoteliers - Nile Cruises - Excursions providers - Restaurants …)
• Coordinating between Head Office in Cairo & Marhaba Offices at Sharm, Hurghada, Luxor, and Aswan.
• Liaising between Customers and Guides & Tour leaders.
• Liaising with the Aviation & Traffic Departments to confirm flights & Transportations.
2. Handling Incoming Individual & Groups Requests (Reservations & Booking) for foreigners individual guests.
3. Issuing “Travel Insurance Policies” for clients, following the needs of several embassies upon travelling abroad.
4. Using “On-Line Systems” for booking, such as GTRS & GTA Systems.
5. Office Manager for the General Manager & the Managing Director:
• Take appointments and maintain up-to-date the Managers agenda.
• Handle the Managers correspondence (Letters, faxes, mails, phone calls and reports).
• Maintain Managers offices-filing system.
• Handle and keep records for Mangers memberships.
• Organize and follow-up business trips requirements Mission Order Expense voucher.
• Take minutes of meeting for various management meetings.
6. Preparing Presentations, office work & any other requirements for the Board of Directors, & to prepare and handle researches and documents needed.
7. Building the “Data Bank” of Marhaba’s Customers, agents & Hotels according to the up to date informations,
8. Preparing the “Organization Chart” for the Company, and maintain it up to date.
9. Translating from Arabic / French or English any required correspondence.
10. Handling most of the incoming external phone calls
