• Maintaining a very minimal stock based on the Budget and Sales of each store.
• Monitoring the In/Out slips within the outlets and the warehouse to minimize the negative and inaccurate stock files.
• Providing sales & stocks report based on the category and staff for each outlet to assess the performance of store and make comparisons between stores.
• Preparing the documents and other requirements in getting the products registered with the DM (Dubai Municipality)
• Ensuring proper check and follow up on getting the new shipments in the system by liaising with the warehouse and the IT department so that new shipments are available sale without delay.
• Follow up with the warehouse and supplier on Damages, Excess and short supply of products and notifying the suppliers within the short period to prevent shrinkage and losses
• Liaising with the accounts and ensuring in following the payments terms of the suppliers so on time payment bonus is achieved and we meet contractual payment terms.
• Ensuring the stores is updated with all their enquiries related to products and offers.
• Providing all administrative and HR support to all new recruits and existing staff.
• Coordinating point between stores and maintenance team for all kinds of maintenance works.
• Organizing and preparing participation certificates to all the outlets with guidelines and protocols of DSS & DSF.
• Coordinating with the outlets in motivating to achieve targets by supporting them with sales points.
• Clearing petty cash after verification with the outlets on their miscellaneous expenses.
• Liaising with the Mall management/Landlords/real estate and Admin department with new shop openings for documents - (Lease, Ejari, trade license..etc)
• Tracking and follow up of each projects (shop fit outs) on their progress with the contractors.
