I lead large teams through the planning, execution and completion stages of statutory audits, validation of financial reporting packages of companies, multinational concerns and other varied special nature engagements. My responsibilities entailed engagement management, client relationship management, co-ordination with professionals in various fields like zakat / tax and IT experts and decision-making for resolution of critical reportable matters.

The task of this level is the responsibility and supervision of the field work teams and review the work to make sure its quality after that set up the reports to prepare the Financial Statement for the manager approval and commitment of the specified time for that, in addition to training and development the new staff and give them specific tasks to help their team and develop themselves.

The main task as an engagement auditor is to handle middle size clients from the planning stage to executing the audit procedures to the conclusion and preparing the financial statement.

As an entry level, associates are provided intensive training and development opportunities under EY Graduate Development Program. An Associate's role typically includes executing the audit procedures which requires fair knowledge of accounting and auditing standards in Saudi Arabia and E&Y's methodology.
