• Supervising the construction activities and ensuring that the works have been carried as per the approved shop drawing, using approved material and Method statement.
• Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.
• Witnessing the reinforcement and concreting work at site to ensure that it meets construction drawings.
• Checking and accounting the quantity and quality of construction materials received at site.
• Preparing work progress report and appraising the Senior Engineer.
• Supervising the labor force and sub contractor’s work to ensure that the work is progressing as per schedule.
• Organizing shift duties depending on the work requirement and supervising and controlling the shift activities.
• Escorting Project Manager during site visits to assess the construction quality and progress and explaining the site activities under progress.

• Informing QA/QC manager about the NCRs and ensuring timely introduction of corrective actions / modifications and incorporating the same in as built drawings.
