Review & study the vendor list & spec to find the exact requirement of projects / contracts. Finding cost reducing ideas while studying project documents & finalizing brands / manufacturer / origin / suppliers / standards. Negotiating with the selected suppliers to finalize the prices. Reviewing all quotations and organizing the comparison sheets. Coordinate with suppliers & project team for the materials & prequalification submission to the client/consultant. Managing credit facility with suppliers. Preparing procurement plan with coordination of project managers. Preparation of the Purchase Orders. Follow up all the issued enquiries with the suppliers. Coordinating with storekeeper to close out the delivery & other records. Finalizing invoices with storekeeper, project managers & accounts. Performing any other works relevant to the above scope.
Preparing Subcontract Agreements, Executive Support
to the GM, Supervision of company systematization,
Admin Supervision and Document & Quality
Management System Implementation.
Analyzing BOQ, project spec, technical submittals &
subcontract agreement. Arranging quotations as per
the approved brands/origin/spec standards.
Coordinating with project manager to finalize the
purchase quantity of materials.
Studying projects specification and arranging technical
submittals & prequalification documents.
Preparing, logging & controlling all in/out correspondence of projects. Material submittals preparation.
Typing Visa and other government-related forms through online. Preparing day book & monthly statement.
