Undertakes the responsibility related to all MEP building works for the allotted projects.
Allocation of work, monitoring of site activities and review progress
Supervise and manage both direct and sub contractor’s works.
Inspecting the site work as per the approved drawings
Materials follow up with supplier and stores.
Practical approach to problem solving.
Supervise all (MEP) Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire fitting and fire alarm related
service erection and commissioning activities.
Ensure quality of work and enforce a safe working environment
Controlling and handling of all site activities
Review Site progress and Achieve Targets.
Prepared invoice and Bill of Quantity Estimating works.
MEP Project works - Apartments, Residential Buildings, villas Designing, Planning &
Erection _ Factories, and Industries etc.
Design, preparation of drawing, load schedules, submission and obtaining approval.
Preparation of material & Drawing submittal logs, procurement schedule and obtaining
approvals from consultants.
Submit shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submittals and get the same
approved from consultants, clients.
Supervising the installation of LV panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, Capacitor Bank panels,
Pumps, Generator, Lift etc. and coordinating Inspection, Testing & Commissioning.
Coordinating authority inspections & final inspection and handling over of project
Project handled in U.A.E
Project: G+2P+8 Residential Building in Al majaz Sharjha.
