This Company is engaged in engineering, procurement and construction of heavy industrial facilities and acquires projects through bidding and negotiation with Qatar Petroleum. I was hired to complete two liquefied natural gas plant in Ras-Laffan and Dukhan industrial city under project numbers GTC/07/106/ED & GTC/07/102/800 respectively. The project involves installation of 12 & 36 inches cross country LNG pipeline including control room building, metering station, power station, telemetry building, roadway and drainage.
Construction Manager Civil & Mechanical Works:
• Plan, organize and control all phases of construction works to meet the scheduled completion as per plan and specifications within the budget allocation.
• Assist in engineering design and design data gathering, plans and specification review, recall of pipeline route survey, soil testing, boring and coring test, establishment of control points for pipeline, building sites, roadways and perimeter fencing.

Qatar Petroleum engineers was convinced and the project was completed three months ahead of the schedule. *Saved my previous employer in the Philippines from paying liquidated damages by testifying in court and proving that the delay in project completion was caused by the errors in the plan detail. Instead of paying liquidated damages, my employer was awarded an extra work payment.
