1- coordinate the creation of pages and creative axes in Arabic and English
- Ensure that Arabic content is accurate (hotel Factsheet for new hotels, promotion page, package for domestic or International destinations)
- Coordination of brand website content to ensure promotion of country/hotel destination to key emitting markets as well as promotion of key destinations for country travellers.
2- ICP coordination: Tactical Campaigns

3- E Communication
Email Marketing
- Coordination of country content for E Communication.
- Start a ECRM strategy with the segmentation of the existing Database so that the right message is sent to the right contact
- To ensure consistency of message and offers that are revenue generating and meeting objectives.
- Using in-depth analysis of email marketing results to increase ROI.
4- Reporting and Analysis
- Manage country or KPI’s to constantly improve website performance.
- Provide monthly reports to country VP, Sales & Distribution, General Managers & E Commerce managers.
5- SEA Coordination
- central Arabic SEA Campaign coordination with the dedicated Agency according to the ROI strategy
6- Social Media Strategy implementation
- in coordination with the E-Commerce Manager set a Social Media Strategy for Accorhotels in Arabic and English
-Editorial line to be created and implemented according to schedule and ICP
- Management of the community with recruitment schemes to be launched and assessed for community increase
- Assisting with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Interpreting the direction of strategy/planning and creative leads.
- Communicating and coordinating client service, production and strategy/planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
- Content creation and Publishing.
- Creating and maintaining Content Calendars, including writing Facebook Status updates.
- Posting relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar.
- Writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for Social Media channels.
