Role: Project Management
1. Managing Contractors, Consultants/Sub-Consultants for all day to day construction activity.
2. Conducting/ Chairing Weekly progress meetings with Consultants and Contractors.
3. Attendance to Contractual issues and concerns for the Employer’s and/or Engineer’s directions or actions.
4. Implement necessary actions to safeguard Employer’s Contractual rights and damages.
5. Evaluate, review and advise on claim notifications received from the Contractor.
6. Review and certification of Project Technical Submittals; material, shop drawings, method statement, RFIs, etc. Special attentions to Fire life safety requirements and commercial impacts.
7. Review and certification of Payment Certificates, Variations, Insurances and other commercial submissions. Managing On-Account Payment system.
8. Monitoring, analysis and notification of potential slippage from the planned schedule.
9. Review the Baseline Programme and relate information ensuring employer dependent activities for proper sequencing and duration.
10. Respond to Contractor’s correspondence in Contractual and Technical matters.
11. Involve in Contractual and Technical resolutions to the day to day issues and concerns faced at the site.
12. On dispute with Contractor regarding specifications, Conditions of Contract, Interpretation of drawings, or any other contract documents, advise and assist the Client on further actions.

Responsibilities:
1. Overall Engineering, supervision, quality control, Construction/ execution of multistoried residential, Office buildings, Hotel, Villa, Warehouse buildings.
2. Project detailed budget preparation for Manpower, Material, Machinery and other prelims
3. Planning using P3/P6 -Contract programme/ Target programme / Updating/ Resource loading/ EOT claims/ various analysis, etc.
4. Detailed design proposals with shop drawings.
5. Contractual notification, claims, dispute resolutions and cost proposals
6. Tender technical submissions (Programs, Method statements, etc), Contractual risk analysis and price analysis of specialist activities.
Details of Work Capacity/ Experience:
• Directing, Controlling and Assigning activities of the project to respective agencies.
• Supervising and supporting site staff in the day to day project Management.
• Execution of Project to specified time from Mobilization to Taking over by the Client.
• Planning/ Updating/ Resource loading/EOT claims using Primavera P3/P6.
• Stage by Stage Resource analysis and its arrangement to achieve target program.
• Planning of activities in weekly and monthly basis to achieve target program.
• Reporting to Management the progress on weekly and monthly basis.
• Application of manpower and resources to drive maximum production.
• Liaison with Management for material procurement and resource arrangements.
• Preparation of method statements and detailed design proposals on shop drawings.
• Liaison with purchase department and suppliers for materials to be at site on or before date.
• Coordination meetings with MEP and other specialist sub-contractors.
• Liaison with Consultant & Municipality for the approval and execution of activities.
• Contractual correspondences including notification, claims and proposals.
• Tender Technical Bid evaluation and presentation, Tender Contract Risk Analysis report.
• Contract Variation evaluation and claims.
• Preparation of Project Prime Budget and regular monitoring.
• Project Extension of time claim analysis (Time Impact analysis and Window Analysis).
• Effective HSE implementation with Risk Assessment, Control, Trainings, Tool box talks, regular HSE meetings, Banners, Campaigns, Inspections, Incentives, Penalties etc.
• ISO 9001: 2008 Internal Audit - QMS, Projects, Tender, HR, Purchase, Data Analysis, MR. Preparation of Audit report & Management report.
• Execution of LEED compliant buildings.

Responsibilites: Section Engineer
1. Involved in Planning and Execution works
2. Structural works including Submission of shop Drawing and BBS
3. Piling, Post Tensioning, Carbon Strengthening, Sliding Beam.
4. Waterproofing works including Submission of Shop drawing
5. Aluminum Roofing & Claddings (Sand witch panels), Clay tile roofing, Skylight Glazing, GRC and GRP works
6. Involved in Client and Architect Correspondence.(RFI, CVI)
7. Impounding Sub Contractor for Quality and Progress.
8. Mention worth: Waffle Foundation Decorative Wooden Flooring / Ceiling works, Tent Structure, Wooden pergolas
Involved in Complete Planning and Execution of projects such as Factory Buildings, Multistoried Residential Buildings and Bungalows
Involved in Designing and Executing Plumbing, Electrical layouts
Involved in Providing Client with estimation, schedules (Using MS projects) and Project Management Information
Involved in Client and Architect Correspondence.
Involved in Designing and executing landscaping with artificial falls and imbibing Artificial Tree on walls using Tiles.
