Creating and implementing web projects using latest web trends to build a High-end UI Design for PC, Mobile & Touch Devices (Responsive websites, HTML 5, JQuery libraries, CSS3, Cross-browser Fonts, SDK free WebApps)
Web User experience design ( UXD ) / Information Architecture (IA):
* Lead User Interface (UI) and interaction design
* Visual Branding of MS SharePoint and Adxstudio branding for MS CRM
* Work closely with project Stakeholders to understand the unique needs of business and provide a UI experience/branding targeted at customer base.
* Design UIs with an emphasis on end-user, user-centered-design and usability.
* Integrating the broader marketing/branding strategy of the clients into the design of the application.
* Create prototypes & wireframes to test/demonstrate usability and user flow.
* Creating site-wide style guidelines.
* Creating site navigation Maps.
* Understanding and addressing common web usability issues.
* Work closely with developers to apply UI designs into web applications.
* Working with QA to facilitate testing and auditing.
* Train and lead a a web designers team.
