Kuehne+Nagel/ Operation Manager \nWorking with and controlling: \n· International and Domestic land fright \n- Communicating with the client upon request with providing with the convenient requested \nmachinery on the right time for the right job. \n- Supervising the loading and offloading the shipment with an employee from KN side for \navoiding any unwilling accidents and scoring excellent points for the movement completion. \n- Following up with the subcontractor and updating the client for the same. \n- Taking action due to having any issue with the limit of my authorization and report to the \nrelated supervisors parties immediately. \n- Supervising truck bailing (Kafala) from all the checkpoints within KRG. \nObjection \nKeeping the work quality to the highest level and making sure that the shipment shall be picked up and \ndelivered to the consignee at the final destination and fulfilling the related documentation paper works. \n· Air freight \n- Import shipment: \nAs soon as any shipment has arrived at the EBL (Erbil International Airport), after having the \napproval the shipment shall cleared and delivered to the final destination. \n- Export shipment: \nUpon having any inquiry, all the procedures from A-Z including; pick up, sending to the airport, \ncustom clearance, booking, following up, pre alerting and sending notification, updating the \nclient continuously, elc.. \nObjection \nMaking sure the related regulation and procedure go correctly as to follow the shipment as previously planned.

Mack : \n· Domestic Land Operation: \n- Registering all the used trucks and updating the system on daily basis. \n- Updating the clients continuously. \n- Bailing trucks at the KRG checkpoints, physically or supervising. \n- Supervising loading / offloading accurate related to oil and gas shipments. \n- Controlling the consolidate cargos and documentation from Erbil to southern of Iraq. \n- Preparing checkpoint and POD documents for each and all movements for either camp \nmovements or rig movements. \n- Following up and giving updates \n- Informing the clients upon detecting any issues and coordinating for the convenient solution. \n- Translating any documents from English to Kurdish and vice versa. \n· Accounting \n- Preparing the invoices upon shipment deliveries. \n- Following up with the clients and making sure that the related invoices have been paid as \nagreed. \n- Controlling the office expenses and drivers as well on monthly basis. \n- Archiving all the incomes and outgoes as per the company archiving policy system. \nObjection \nWith having a good experience in that field, forwarding and completion of all the operations and account \nclosings could go smoothly as planned in advance.
