Job Profile:
• Responsible for raw & packing material receipt, verification, segregation, cleaning & de-dusting, storage,
Preparation of GRN, generation of quarantine labels and affixing the status label.
• Ensure that all rejected & expired materials are handled as per SOP, follow up with commercial team for
destruction approval and its safe disposal.
• Ensure all the warehouse employees are trained on cGMP and their working areas SOPs before assigning
the work tothem and their continual training.
• Ensure the stamping & verification of standard weights & weighing balances as per government rules and
regulation.
• Ensure performance checks and calibration of electronic weighing balances of warehouse.
• Responsible to coordinate with quality control department for sampling and release of raw & packing
materials required for dispensing.
• Responsible for checking retesting period of raw & packing materials as per SOP.
• Responsible for handling of finished goods & returned goods.
• Responsible for the receipts, storage & GRN entries in SAP of engineering spares, stationary items and
Miscellaneous items.
• Responsible for all warehouse SAP entries, online entries of inventory receipts, issues, status labelling of
material physical inventories verification.
• Interaction with vendors and transporters and purchase department for timely delivery of the Raw and
Packing materials.
• Coordination with QC Manager, Production DGM & Manager, QA DGM & Manager, Engineering Dept, HR
and Admin Sr Manager & Executive, EHS Manager, Assistant Manager Purchase, Manager Finance, Sr
Manager Export Logistics, .
• Responsible for all the required precautions to be taken to avoid major differences in physical stock and
SAP Stock of all the inventories of the plant by controlling dispensing, handling losses of material and by
verification of stock after exhaustion of every consignment.
• To ensure that warehouse operates within the approved Budget for plant.
• To control and reduce manpower by systematic utilisation of manpower in the Plant.
• Total monthly plan to be achieved by proper planning in the beginning. To ensure that all the dispatches are
done in time without any errors. To ensure that there is no batch failure due to dispensing error. Dispensing
is always done in time following necessary cGMPs.
• Ensure all audit points are compiled to and responses given to the authorities in time. Ensure cGMP in the
warehouse so that no non-compliances are observed in any of the internal/regulatory audits and all the
warehouse employees are trained on cGMP procedure.
• To ensure that all the persons working in warehouse are familiar with all the necessary SOPs. To review all
SOPs in warehouse.
• To ensure that different persons in warehouse are allotted with proper work. a) Training and monitoring
development to further delegation of responsibilities. b) to work for the empowerment of subordinates.
• To maintain outside warehouse by ensuring proper storage conditions and safety.
• To conduct the risk assessment of all the processes and sub processes carried out in the warehouse, in
order to identify and reduce failures. To form good team and good working atmosphere.
• To ensure that all the warehouse employees are made available for training imparted on technical skill,
Behavioural or developmental training.
• All time support to all the departments by providing material on time. Proper coordination with other
departments for completion of all the activities.
• To ensure that all the SAP entries are made online. To ensure that proper status data in SAP is maintained.
• Initiating action on non moving materials. To control the stock of common items. b) Form a team of WH,
PPIC and purchase. Define levels of safety stock, order quantities, maximum stocks and ordering
frequencies.
