-Cheque creation.
-Payroll preparation of morethan 30 employees with monthly deductions on account of absents and advances.
-Knowledge in WPS salary processing for morethan 50 employees.
-Performing necessary follow ups for solving pending payments.
-Recording cash memos and credit memos in E-Financial software for preparing invoices for the credit parties.
Roles and Responsibilities

-Performing two ways Reconciliation by matching CPS and MIS, then MIS and Bank Statements.
-Segregation of CPS.
-Downloading MIS from respective sites.
-Sending mails to concerned person for getting Bank Statements.
-Downloading of General Ledger.
-Finally matching the Reconciliation with General Ledger.
-Commission calculation of vendors.
-Preparation of ageing of reconciling items.
-Completing reconciliation in on time and Avoidance of escalations.

- Preparing Trial Balance with the help of ledger balances.
- Preparation of Trading and Profit and Loss A/C for finding exact profit/loss of the company.
