➔ My role was to oversee supply chain operations with several GCC & international Oil & Gas clients and ensure lean customer centric solutions are implemented in the most cost and time effective manner.

Responsibilities:

▪ Supervised, trained and monitored the KPIs of around 6 to 8 people (site based, and office based) on each SCM project
▪ Analyzed and reviewed around 60 technical bids analysis (scope of work, execution, method statement, clearance procedures, supplier’s expertise…etc.)
▪ Headed Logistics operations for Bab Habshan Phase 2 (ADCO) in Abu Dhabi
▪ Part of onshore and offshore team heading logistics for ZADCO based in Abu Dhabi
▪ Anticipated and prevented potential bottlenecks and delays to ensure timely project delivery.
▪ Played a critical role in digitalizing our entire SCM procedure and drastically reduced the time spent locating paperwork.

Senior Account Manager for BMW Middle East at Interone Resonance

➔ My role was to drive more footfall and increase revenue for our BMW agency accounts in Abu Dhabi, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, in line with BMW’s corporate identity and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

▪ Audited various accounts and designed sales & marketing strategies in line with each account’s objectives.
▪ Supervised and monitored a team of 5 creative and media buying team members on a daily basis (campaigns & operations)
▪ Played a key role in designing and executing up to 25 ATL & BTL Ads per week to increase showroom visits.
▪ Conducted various launch events for X6, 5, 6 and 7 series (i.e. had the privilege to organize the 1st BMW X6 launch ever)
▪ Sought out revenue growth opportunities with each account by suggesting new products (i.e: different ad placement ideas..)
▪ Implemented repeat business campaigns (i.e.: maintenance services…etc.) by creating offers for existing clients
