Handle/process all incoming sales enquiries,
Preparing all sales documents like Quotations & Purchase orders.
Preparing all sales reporting requirements, daily, weekly and monthly.
Data entry of Stock & P.O’s in oracle ERP system.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations for product portfolio
Follow up with Account Executives on all key accounts
Attend and participate in sales meetings, internal project meetings, take minutes and follow-up on action points with related parties.
Update, maintain and distribute all sales documentation.
Create and provide performance reports to Management.

Implementation & Maintenance of ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory, Admin
Providing training to End users on the ERP business flow.
Providing weekly program status reports to all stakeholders.
Coordinating and arranging meetings and workshops and prepared meeting minutes.
Additional Responsibilities :-
Overall monitoring and maintenance of LAN connectivity, I.T assets, server, software installations and timely backup.
Procurement of I.T Hardware and Software for the Company.
Preparing brochures & Calendars in Adobe Photoshop for Company marketing and branding.
Identifying and preparing Test Scenarios and Test cases for new enhancements.
Coordinating with the client’s on requirements and documenting them.
Participating in weekly test meeting, project meetings and daily status calls.
Creating Weekly Status report and Monthly Dashboard for offshore team.
Training developers and testers on functional/Application knowledge and Process Training.
Participate in continuous quality improvement of testing processes, practices, and standards.
