• Promoted over the Sales Manager to manage one of four business divisions within Cavotec Middle East Group with an annual turnover of 8 Million Euro.
• Overall responsibility for the sales of company agencies Schneider Electric, AURA Lighting and Modular Wiring Systems within construction and power segments in Middle Eastern region.
• Work closely with end users, consultants and contractors in order to create new business.
• Prepare and be responsible for fiscal budget and control costs for market segment.
• Develops annual business and marketing plan in conjunction with Managing Director, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year.
• Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships in existing and non-existing markets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
• Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
• Responsible for 6 permanent staff members.
• Providing timely and accurate forecasts of product demand into Sales and Operational Planning.
