1)Leads all procurement-related activities to source requested distribution services based upon contract work plan and business requirements. Ensuring policy conformity with distribution strategies and accountable for screening, communication, RFP, negotiation and contracting/administration for various categories.
2)Establishing and maintaining alliances with internal and external key stakeholders focused on total cost and service solutions. Providing category expertise for industry dynamics including economic/market conditions, the complexity of players and contingency plans to address unforeseen fall-out, Leveraging local and regional sourcing strategies.

4)Performing stock keeping duties, stack and stage product and material using the forklift, reach and other power equipment using radio frequency device for all the functions.
5)Establishing the logistics strategy to facilitate timely and quality supply while incurring minimal cost through setting up a distribution network of vendors.
o Support initiatives and strategic sourcing drive to achieve continuous improvement in the procurement process.
6)Implement, document and improve the process of information flow, the vendor onboard escalation handling and other logistics related activities.
7)Assisting team with their career development including performance management, feedback and training people on WMX software.
1)Devising & implementing best practices, policies, procedures & lean initiatives in regard to local materials management initiatives - Conducting evaluations of stock-out incidents that negatively affect operations, together with the key stakeholders & implement corrective actions.
2)Developing and implementing sourcing strategies and programs in order to optimize category spend and maximize the potential value of the supply markets, emerging supplier capabilities, and the business ensuring integration into the overall strategies of logistics.
3)Performing operations function as appropriate in accordance with standards, policies and procedures. Providing a back-end support to the operations team, provides support to the delivery team and end customer.
4)Directing and analyzing all elements of the supply chain and making recommendations as to how the process can be optimized. Providing cost savings recommendations and ensuring spend is within budget.
5)Applying analytical expertise and reporting services to key operations performance indicators in order to identify opportunities to improve service quality and drive down costs.
6)Providing end-to-end delivery of services that focus on service-level management and customer relationships.
1)Monitoring the events of a manufacturing and recording them to verify results. Checking materials and products to ensure that a perfect combination is used and performing quality checks to ensure total quality management.
2)Coordinating and monitoring the supply of materials, chasing up where required and maintaining communication between all parties regarding any changes and variances problems. Recording and reporting any non-conformance quality issues and delivery problems.
3)Assisting operational/project/internal customers with parts identification, alternative products/supply, contingency plans, keep abreast of new products and product technical information
