Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track changes and produce updated schedules
Ensure project schedules are adhered to the planned timelines
Prepare timelines and work plans for each event
Arrange meetings and prepare minutes of all meetings and presentations
Maintain database, record and backup
Compile summary documents, e.g., accident investigation summaries, lineman inventory summaries
Prepare and organize training materials including participant binders and handouts etc.
Coordinating with different departments within organization to complete preparations for lineman trainings, seminars and other related activities of my department
Coordinate with RTCs to collect information on safety training being run by electricity distribution companies using their own resources
Coordinate with Distribution companies to organize trainings and other activities of my department
Summarizing evaluation reports for trainings and audits
Communicating with project management office to keep track of all our activities and achievements and problems that we face
Coordinating with HR Change Management to monitor and upgrade the work plans
Dealing with procurement department covering all aspects of procurement from our department
Dealing with communication department to carry out outreach activities of my department
Complete all logistic related activities of lineman training department to distribute material
Develop and continue the process of handling base station sites of our clients that are handed over to our sub-contractors
Ensure the delivery of in house and out sourced energized sites well in time
Coordination with other departments to maintain the integrity of information and other concerns like general administration and facility of my department
Coordination with sub-contractors to provide them the defined tasks, monitor them and achieve goals
Coordination with electricity utility companies to fulfill the requirements for energizing BTU sites
Coordination with different departments of Warid Telecom like finance department, procurement departments to maintain integrity and steady flow of information
Coordination with vendors to process the purchase requests, purchase orders, manufacturing the orders and the delivery of orders
Procurement and distribution of 25KVA PEL transformers, 11KVA steel structures, cross arms, D-Fuses and D-fuse fittings
Dealing with all the financial matters including the demand notice amount, purchase orders and invoices of our vendors and sub-contractors
Dealt with our vendors Pak Elektron Ltd., Lion Steel Industries and Wood Line Industries for final delivery of material at the warehouses
Communication with our teams working on CMPak project (Zong) in Sindh and Warid Telecom in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Gilgit Baltistan consistently to take feedback from them about their current status of work and supported them if they desired any support or guidance
Field visits with civil, transmission and engineering departments, subcontractor and customer representatives as a team to ensure the selection of most favorable location for the installation of Telecom Base Transceiver Unit (BTU)
Point out any difficulties that are present or that may arise at some time in future concerning energizing the BTU site
Maintain database, record and backup of all information of my department
Official written communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors and WAPDA
Web application design and development
