1. Overhauling and Maintenance of all rotary equipments;
* Turnaround of Lube and Fuel Refinery as QC In charge; * Inspection of procured material (Foreign & Local) Like valves, pipes, tubes, meshes, grits, seals etc; * Inventory management of stationary and rotary equipments along with their feasibility analysis.
* Application of various NDT techniques like UT, RT, DPT, MFL, LRUT, A-Scanning, Boroscopy etc.
* Repair and calibration of PSV’s and valve servicing quality assurance.
Responsible for observing the contractors fabrication/construction techniques, procedures and installation to ensure it is performed in accordance with project specifications and requirements.

Ø2 Ensure pre- commissioning activities are carried out in compliance with project requirements.




Ø3 Participate in the weekly QC and construction meetings review as well as weekly safety walk down inspection on site and weekly safety general meeting with the sub contractors.

Ø4 Keeps supervisor informed on issues and schedule progress through regular reporting.

Ø5 Observe the subcontractor’s operation and record daily.
