• Review and Reporting of Management Accounts and financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Supervising of financial, accounting and reporting systems and delegating tasks to Accounts Team (8 members) with the focus to release required reports on time.
• Managing of Working Capital by analyzing Liquidity Position and Receivable, Payable and Inventory Age Analysis.
• Corresponding with Banks(For LCs & LGs), Tax Authorities(including Vat & DZIT), and Legal Advisor through center.
• Responsible to conclude Internal and External Audit on time with clean report. Have experience to dealt with E&Y and Deliotte.

- Cost Controlling & Review - Budgeting Preparation - Preparing Financial Projections - CAPEX Proposal Evaluation - Assisting in Development and Upgrading of ERP.
Job Responsibilities In Key Result Areas:
• Prepare Consolidated Financial Statements and issued at Holing Level to the management.
• Regularly attend meetings over financial findings, cash forecasting.
• Reviewing financial performance of Affiliate companies including ratio analysis, funds analysis and implementation of financial models where it is required.
• Supervise Finance staff for their daily operations including payroll section.
• Reviewing financial models of new projects and submit findings.
• Reviews data to be submitted for audits with each of the affiliated companies.
• Preparing reports and schedules for auditors as per their requirement.
• Ensuring that External Audit for Group and affiliates must be concluded on time.
• Ensuring that Consolidated and Individual Financial must be issued without qualification.
• Closely work with Finance Managers and team for corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Developing financial models by working closely with the Corporate Finance Manager for the Holding company and the affiliated companies.
• Assisting the Corporate Finance Manager to provide him with necessary information required by the Management.
• Providing support to Affiliate Managers towards making the department operationally efficient.
• Performing other work-related assignments that are given from time to time by the Management.
• Liaison with Affiliate Company’s Finance Managers, for new year budget and issued at Consolidated basis to the management.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Prepare financial management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures

• Conduct portfolio review of existing clients and formulating memorandums of financing requests for approval with Management Credit Committee.
The portfolio review exercise includes.
o Industry & Financial Analysis.
o Identify possible strategies.
• Preparing reports for presentation to sanctioning officials.
• Analyze company's financial statements as well as other relevant information & identifying key strengths & risks.
• Carry out risk analysis in order to judge the credit worthiness of corporate clients and suggest their mitigants.
• Coordinate with relationship managers where necessary to shape credit proposals in order to maintain the balance of risk and reward to the bank.
• Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
• Establish risk-based audit programs
• Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager
• Review the suitability of internal control design
• Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk.
