Responsible for all MEP EPC works which were complete EPC scope awarded to Thabat Contracting Co. formally (Al Muhaidib Contracting), I was leading specially with MEP, low current packages, Orchestra pit, Rigging system, AV in King Salman International Convention Center -Madinah, after initially handing over, in lastly responsible as MEP Construction manager at Fadhli Gas Plant- project in Jubail client Saudi Aramco. then after move on to Pakistan due to some personal issues from Thabat contracting to Pakistan, here started personal Civil & MEP work with MM Engineering Pakistan, but still interested to move on to the middle east or anywhere in the world with better opportunity.
• During last 05 years tenure with M/S. FTC, being MEP's Dept. Head/ Project's Manager, the following Projects being executed and successfully completed with EPC's scope, further details are here.
• Staff Office & accommodation Buildings (Project King Abdullah Palace-Obhur); Responsible as EPC contractor with EPC scope for Civil & MEP works, 5, 600 M² (Class-A+)- Built up area, except external services of Pump room, tanks, Generator building.
• Three 03 (MOI's buildings Projects type 2060, 1080 &1100-a) of Ministry of interior expansion cap-0 in Hail area, with the built up area of 13, 000 M², with complete MEP and Civil work scope.
• Responsible for MEP's (EPC) works, 06 Buildings project In Air Defense area Prince Sultan Military area- Riyadh (ARRIYDA), the built up area 9, 600 M² of buildings, where includes 03 ware houses steel structure building, workshop buildings, Administration offices building, Mosque, and approx. 21, 000 M² external MEP's system network.
• Responsible for MEP's (EPC) infrastructure work of Industrial Water treatment plant of 48, 000 M³/day capacity, Marafiq stage-II in Yanbu, contractor for the buildings and external services.
• Responsible for EPC incl. MEP's Construction of BOAT House-KAUST, to providing marina boat house facilities for KAUST's residence which was constructed under Saudi Aramco Supervision and standard's, in FTC's incl. complete EPC's scope for MEP's, Civil buildings and external works, all work completed as per Saudi Aramco Standard and handing over testing standard requirements.
• At the same period of above mentioned, also completed various small medium projects at the same time, incl. MEP's & Civil works, assigned by client as main contractor for (EPC's) scope complete with different disciplines of MEP works, HVAC system, Plumbing system, Fire Fighting system, MV, LV & LC electrical works, which were expansion of United cartoon factory plant- Jeddah, Biscuit factory buildings-Jeddah, Noodle House Restaurant (Tetro mall Tahlia street)-Jeddah, Mrs. Yasmin Sudiery Villa -Jeddah, (Class-A) and expansion renovation O&M works of Sheik Zeid Sudeiry Building (6 Storied)in Riyadh,
• ARASCO Farms Houses & Compound Project (Area- 3KM x 2 KM)- Harad-Al Kharaj-Riyadh
This project includes construction, with EPC scope for complete Civil and MEP works, consisting 36 nos. Farm Houses and each built up area is 2500 M², and the 400 persons staff accommodation in the same area also with including complete external works, generator buildings, R.O buildings, electrical distribution buildings.
• During this tenure responsible for MEP's works Projects coordination Manager, incl. Technical Backup, Procurements, Engineering and technical backup, coordination with Consultant's or client's representative, arranging of sub-contractor and assigning, Men power recruitment as per Project's requirements with the coordination of Projects Directors and Manage. also provided Value engineering solutions as per budget.
• Lead and fully responsible for various Mega MEP's Projects during bidding, estimation and budgeting, some are as King Abdullah University Tuwal- (KAUST) the residential compound project, Makkah's Haram building, expansion of HVAC system up to 75, 000 Tons capacity, Al-Qassim University project, Al-Tayyabah University project-Madinah, Riyadh Business Park project-Riyadh and responsible for MEP's works Pricing, budgeting, engineering procurement of various new and ongoing projects.

• New HRH Prince Khalid Al Faisal Family & Municipality Buildings (Class-A++), (Emara Makkah) -MOI- Mena, the total MEP's works value was 91 Millions SR.
• Extension of Buildings (Class A++), with the cost of MEP works only 63 Million SR, HRH Prince's Sultan Palace- Azizia, Makkah.
• Extension of new villa's building works in Sheikh Abdul Mohsin Villa, the MEP works was 13.4 Millions SR, -Jeddah.
• Project Coordinator & Responsible for Procurements and sub-contractor's assigning, during Renovation of KAAIA-Royal Terminal-Jeddah- only MEP work's value 235 Millions SR.
• Construction of various buildings in HRH Prince's Naif Place-Badiah -Obhur, with the MEP works cost of 31 Million's SR.
• Construction of various buildings (Class-A++) in Umme-Naif Palace-Aziziah Makkah, with the MEP's works cost of 38 Millions.
• Construction of various buildings Extension of various New Buildings (Class-A++) in HRH Prince's Sultan Palace- Madinah.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Managing, monitoring work's force planning and allocating during compound's O&M incl. MEP and Civil finishing and expansion works inside the compound and other owner's property matters, as per tenant & CEO's directives.
• Preparation of feasibility reports to the management for further new upcoming projects owner's representative, Assisting to Senior MEP's design Manager, cost estimation Manager, also budget preparing under their supervision for submission to directors and owners for approvals.
• Ensuring and verifying design data and calculations for project's requirements.
• Providing technical guidance to engineers / CAD's to proceed with MEP's Design Proposal, incl. Coordination drawings for submission and approvals from government's departments for construction approval. under supervision of Discipline's managers.
• Preparation of BOQ's, bill of quantity, and checking of payment certificate.
• Updating the implementation cost and budget.
• Responsible for Various Sites MEP works, Constructed (147 Nos.) Stations in Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Taif, Abha, Kumais Mushit, incl. city and highways, the Projects relate to TEP-6 & 7, including Fiber Optics Repeater Stations FOR's & G.S.M-300K, 500K, Nokia GSM E5 Roof top, Green Field, Exchange buildings. sub-contractor of AT&T and NOR-Consultant, Executed MEP works cost 123 Millions SR.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for sites management, execution, reporting to managements for project status.
• Site acquisition / site survey co-ordination between building's owner and client.
• Preparing MEP's systems shop drawing and coordination drawings proposal as per site's requirements incl. various systems equipments calculations for checking and verifying (Heat load, Electrical power consumption etc. for further equipments selection and ordering for Procurements department.
• Selection of various system's equipments, such as HVAC system, Plumbing material with fixtures, fire suppression systems, Electrical equipments, Power distribution networks MV transformer, PB, Power • cables, lighting fixtures, low current systems equipment and devices as per project specification and requirements with client's approvals.
• Supervised Installation of various MEP's equipments and related network, first fix, second fix items incl. T&C of systems, HVAC system, Chillers, AHU, DX-HVAC Equipments, Duct's works, in Plumbing S.S, B.S, HDPE, Uni-piping, UPVC, PPR piping works, various types of Pumps, FM-20, Suppression system, Prime and standby Generators, Monitoring Instrumentation, B.M.S's, MV/LV Transformers, Switch gears, cabling up to1500 KVA, Low currents systems complete with T& C.
• Preparing technical submittal and proposal for materials and equipments for client's approval.
• Preparation and submission of MEP's systems Shop drawings and design Proposal with calculation as per standard, codes and client's requirements.
• Planning for manpower and resources to allocate as per prescribed project's completion schedule with the coordination of senior management.
• Preparation of B.O.Q/Payment certificates incl. follow up with client's approvals.
After completion of Diploma of Associate Engineering Degree (04 Years) joind this Contracting company as General Site Supervisor capacity, where I was responsible for MODA (Ministry of De fence) Project (Brigadier head quarter Office) expansion in Jeddah, (Balad Area and Prince Sultan's office In Al Hamrah area for new staff offices construction and also same time for whole project's MEP 's and civil related operation & maintenance issue as per scope of works, during this tenure also supervised installation of Air Cooled Reciprocating Chillers, Chilled water Piping, Pumps, Fire fighting networks works,
It was two year industrial apprentice ship trainings programmed which was started after completion of Matriculation with technical subject and also having 06 Months trades course from ST. Patrick Institute Karachi, in the filed of Electrical, Refrigeration & air-conditioning trade, where I was involve installation, Operation and Maintenance jobs on Ammonia based Cold storage, Plate freezer and Ice Plant Industries.
also Involved with different organization as part time involved on different MEP activities which were related to Installation of Absorption Chillers (750 TR) in Finance & trade center Building, National Bank of Pakistan head quarter building, Karachi.
Bachelor of Technology 02 years degree programmed completed with the major subject of Industrial electronic, Low cost Automation, Production Process, Advance Machine tool, Production Management, Maintenance Planning & Management & Design Project subjects.
