• Maintain ASG-KU HAZMAT book and ensure warehouse is in compliance with ASG-KU Hazardous Materials storage requirements to include verifying MSDS sheets on Material stock.
• Receiving Requision, Issue, Receipt. & Storage of supplies ASL & NSL by using SARSS.

• Responsible for day to day flow of work of Supply and Service Operations.
• Ensuring FIFO stock rotation policy.
• Perform location Surveys.
• Managing COSIS Programs (Care Of Supplies in Storage) to Prevent or minimize Damage or Deterioration of Stocks.
• Checking the manufacturing & Expiry date of Shelf Life items.
• Database maintenance and correction mistakes of discovered during Trans In-Out Processing & maintaining ROD Formalities.
