Driving the Annual HR Planning process including headcount budgeting and HR Recruitment Budget
Spearheading end-to-end recruitment life-cycle: Sourcing, screening, Scheduling, short listing, Selecting the best talent from diverse sources.

Payroll: - Worked on Payroll software Pay Care for 1 year six month right from input, Execution and disbursement of salary.
Coordination for receiving attendance input along with New Joiners, Transfer, Salary Revision, Arrears, leave, Advances, LOP, Misc Deduction, Resignation.
Coordination with the Heads for disbursement of Salary after making salary disbursement sheets.
Allocating reimbursement details of employees before cutoff date and disburse the reimbursement amount.
Calculating overtime of unskilled / semiskilled employees and releasing their salary.
Coordinating for the provisional and actual Income Tax declaration with the employees.
Disbursement of Income tax computation on the monthly basis along with the salary slip and resolving queries related to income tax and salary.
