• Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition

 Understanding the job role from the Department Heads and prepare the Job Description accordingly.

• On Boarding & Induction
 Facilitating orientation of new joiner’s to the business and culture.
 Conducting reference checks of the candidates before rolling out the Offer letter.
 Planning the Induction Programs in advance for smooth transition of new entrants.
 Ensuring completion of joining formalities for all new hires.
 Conducting HR Induction for the new joiner’s and educating them about the policies & online HR processes.

• Performance Management System
 Facilitating & completing the whole PMS on time.
- Promotion: - Assessment Board, Centre, Panel, Rating.
- Increment: - Approval, Increment against performance and rating.
- Facilitating confirmation process along with performance data for confirmation of new joiner’s.

• Learning & Development
 Jointly conducting training by indentifying training needs along with the business leader and the functional head.
 Content development, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

• Rewards & Recognition
 Organizing recognition day activity by recognizing the performer every quarterly.
 Driving R&R activity by recognizing the best performer every month.
 Conducting Champions league and Blitz talent once in a year by rewarding and recognizing the talent.

• Employee Satisfaction Survey
 In-depth analysis of the annual employee satisfaction survey and formulation of the Action Plans based on this analysis.
 Conducting activity every quarterly by understating problem faced and providing resolution by coordinating with the respective functional head so those employees are satisfied with job.
 Undergoing field visit for better understanding of the issue faced, making reports for the same and discuss with the respective functional head.

• Employee Communication & Engagement
 Conducting activity ‘Coffee with HR’ on regular intervals and resolving issues jointly with the business leaders.
 Organizing Monthly Get-together on occasion of Birthdays & fun activities on occasion of festivals. Also, organizing the felicitating ceremony for Quarterly Recognition Award winners.
 Organizing activities: Family day, Movies, Cricket match once in a year to keep employees motivated.
 Initiated “EZONE” newsletter every quarterly by highlighting events undergone along with Humor stories and fun zone for the employees.

• People Process Management
 Grievance & query handling: Closure of all employee queries within 2 days of the receipt of query.
 Administrative responsibilities: Initiating timely communications with employees and concerned team in case of transfers & promotions, resolving transfer related queries & issues such as leaves, allowance & reimbursement. Generating Identity card and Access ID, Email Id, Visiting Cards.
 Timely Management: Proper maintaining of employee records, leave management, attendance management, salary advance & Loss of Pay.
