BOPL owns Crude Oil Refining facilities. It is operating at 35k bpd. Its projects on completion include Byco Oil with refining capacity of 115k bpd and Petrochemical complex with 17k bpd. Also, it has a marketing unit along with 150 pump stations across the country.

Responsible for development, implementation and administration of organization’s rewards policies. This includes salaries and bonuses, employee benefits & funds management, cash and non cash benefits etc.

Responsibilities:
o Carrying out Salary and other Compensation & Benefits surveys and preparing recommendations
o Appraisal and increment management
o Analyze reward policies, government regulations and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive reward plan
o Maintenance of organization chart (hierarchy) / cost center and business areas in SAP
o Computation and preparation of proposals for Variable Compensation Pay (Annual Bonus)
o Conducting job analysis and job evaluation activities
