o Maintaining bill of materials and daily stock updates and discussing the press part shortages with the concerned persons to avoid stoppage of line in weld shop.
o Ensuring proper planning with the help of PPC to meet our daily requirement.
o Tool setting has been done from 110 Ton press to 800 Ton press.
o Tool correction activities also been done.
o Record preparation (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) has been done on production part.
o Individual Shift handling in Press & Weld shop areas.
o Have an knowledge of doing Small improvements activites related to Press & Weld shop.
o Inititation of preventive measures of tools for improving tool life with the help of team.
o Responsible of 5s activities in Press & Weld shop area.
o Handle Customer audits like VALEO, ASHOK LEYLAND, MODINE.,
o External customer tools handle on Trial basis like, CAPARO, MARUTHI SUZUKI, HONDA.,
o Effective Manpower planning, based upon the requirement.
