Quality Management Support
• Supports the development and maintenance of ENEC’s Quality Management System (QMS) in order to meet all system requirements and standards
• Assists in the maintenance of ENEC’s Quality Assurance Manual to ensure its continual improvement through frequent QA internal reviews
• Coordinates, develops and provides input into development and maintenance of Quality Assurance Department’s policies, programs and procedures to ensure fulfillment of standards and regulations
• Reviews and comments on contractors and suppliers QA manuals, coordinates the review collation of comments and assesses their compliance with ENEC’s Quality Assurance Manual in order to assess their qualification to ENEC standards
• Actively collects QA related feedback from ENEC’s departments and recommends amendments to QA processes where required. Obtain and manage internal feedback process for the continual improvement of QA Manual and supporting procedures
• Maintains internal updates to QA Manual and procedures for formal revisions to QA documents as required and Maintains data and information for annual QA / Management Program Reviews
• Provides input into development and implementation of appropriate processes, procedures and compliance matrices to obtain ISO 9001/14001 certification for ENEC ‘s management programs

• Facilitate communication both internally and externally in order to build and nurture mutually beneficial working relationships
HSE
• Follow all relevant departmental HSE policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure HSE compliance in all aspects of work in accordance with sound management practices by applying these HSE policies and procedures to self and others to take reasonable care for the health and safety of people, or the environment, who are at the employee's place of work who may be affected by the employees acts or omissions at work.
Program Excellence
• Conduct periodical assessments on ENEC excellence program initiatives and regular benchmark with local and international peers, collect and comply employees’ feedback regarding processes and policies improvements, promote awareness about excellence programs and awards, in order to provide recommendations on improvements that ensure compliance with relevant international standards and aligned with market best practices.
Business Continuity Management
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities; determine ENEC’s corporate BCM strategy, recovery options, arrangements, components, and self-assessment audits in order to ensure that resilience is achieved in all of ENEC’s business processes.
• Coordinate the implementation of departmental Business Continuity Plans and response procedures, maintain the Head Office Crisis Management Plan, and set up and execute an ongoing exercising and testing program and coordinate resulting action plans, in order to ascertain continuity and recovery requirements, embed BCM concepts in ENEC’s culture, ensure conformance to required industry standards and contribute to the program’s continual improvement and updated documentation.

HSE

• Representing the senior management during their absence or unavailability as senior instructor (Acting).
• Plan, establish and develop training programs and workshops in accordance with the Ministry of Education curriculum and on the general public requirements.
• Responsible for hosting visitors in the exhibit hall.
• Decide on the budget required for each event.
• Diagnosing and treating individuals from all ages.
• Working with patients who suffer injuries and have limited abilities to perform their activities
• Provide therapy plans including assessment, problem solving and development of appropriate treatment plan.
• Providing care to patients affected by an array of problems, such as fractures, sprains, strokes, arthritis, cerebral palsy, amputations and other injuries or conditions.
• Treating babies in special baby care unit, Intensive Care unit and Pediatrics and Gynecology Words.
• Prescribing, fabricating and providing appropriate splinting and prescription of aides and equipment.
• Creating wellness programs and focusing on preventative care through fitness development and education.
• Conducting home and hospital visits as requested.
• Referral and communicate with other organizations and providers including appropriate reports and documentation.
• Participating in regular supervision to problem solve patient cases.
