Main duties :
• Prepare and circulate budget templates to capture information in the required format and detail.
• Inform department managers of due dates for the submission of budget information.
• Act as an advisor to departments' managers in formulating their submissions.
• Review proposed budget submissions for departments' mangers for accuracy and completeness.
• Collate final budgeted financial statements with analysis of variances against previous year.
• Propagate the approved budget throughout the organization .
• Prepare financial statements according to IFRS and analysing the related accounts .
• Responsible for monthly budget analysis and reporting, variance analysis and communication.
• Develop and execute complex ad hoc reports as requested to support various business projects.
• Serve as resource for information regarding the budgeting process.
• Prepare the Rolling Estimation on monthly basis for the rest of the year.
• Analyze the profitability for each SKU.(Specific Key Unit)
• KPI analysis.
• Control the GLs and CCs and make the necessary corrective entries.
• Communicate with external auditors.
Main duties
• CapEx reports and preparing RFA’s.
• Control CapEx budget and get the approval for the shift between categories.
• PO approval and control to be in line with budgeted funds.
• Prepare the monthly financial package.

• Sales commission calculation.
• Stocktaking for SP /RM/FP
