• Time progress schedules for GT Units Maintenance Inspection works using MS-project and updating work progress.
• Organizing Maintenance works using CMMS Software (Mainsaver) - managing works (completing, and closing work orders) for preventive and corrective maintenance for major GT maintenance.
• Follow up, Tracking O & M related such us: RCA, Forcing, Plant Improvements …etc.
• Organizing technical O & M daily, weekly meetings.
• Preparing & issuing weekly, monthly, yearly reports (containing technical information such as availability, reliability, capacity, plant productivity, and other O & M info’s.)
• Follow up GT Units Maintenance and operation works.
• Making action plans & follow up, updating other issues related to O & M of the plant.
• Making time progress schedules for GT Units Maintenance Inspection works using MS-project 2010 and updating work progress.
• Organizing work orders for works at site using CMMS Software (Mainsaver).
• Follow up GT Units Maintenance and operation works.
• Preparing Long Term Maintenance Schedule for GT Units for 3 Power Stations related to Mass Group Holding.
Supervising and organizing the following works:
- Follow up works progress at site and preparing weekly / monthly reports.
- Checking Time Schedule update.
- Attending Daily / Weekly meetings and preparing MOM.
- Follow up Packing List and dates of materials arrival.
Follow up QC works at site.
- Documents control for the project.
• Responsible for the technical Proposal of the tendering preparation (including preparing time schedules and tenders planning and designing/preparing layouts for accommodation camps…etc.) and preparing the prequalification questionnaires, Tender management, HSE plans.
• Regular Visits to Power Plants Projects outside/Inside Baghdad-Iraq. • Supervising/Checking of Test Reports & Inspection Works In The Projects. • Making Visit Report to the Director-General of the Directorate.
Drafting /Designing and modeling designs and drawings using Auto CAD. • Making overall master project progress time schedule using Prima Vera v.3. • Making time progress schedule for works in site using MS-project 2007. • Supervising works in site and making daily reports of the works in site. • Coordinating works and designs for works in site with other departments.
