The role includes direct sales and in-house sales, order taking, record keeping as
required.

To ensure that our QMS is followed and improved where necessary.
Customer Care

To ensure that each existing and new client is satisfied with the service that we
provide and that complaints are dealt with effectively.

Targets are set on a monthly basis by the SHEilds Middle East Director.

Other enquiries/sales opportunities such as consultancy / contracts will be assessed
by you then you will present the opportunities to your line manager on behalf of the
individual sales person.

Generate leads, take enquiries and as appropriate
make sales. They will follow leads to the point of sale.

Assist in developing a marketing
strategy and action plan. This will include designing advertisements, net working and attending and organising sales conferences, mail shots, editorials and press releases
and making telephone sales enquiries.

Involved with and develop business
opportunities and to project manage these. This will be at the discretion of the
Directors and will include the writing of and preparing of training presentations
