Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. KPIs: implementing and manage workshop policies, procedures, standards, and strategies in order to meet the company's goals and objectives.
2. Arranging to prepare vehicles for MVPI inspections and raise documents to public relations for "Estimara" renewal.
3. Reduce the time frame for repairs and maintenance in the workshop. Prepare and complete monthly and/or yearly technician evaluation reports.

4. Preparing monthly workshop expenses report, i.e. parts, oil, tires, fuel & general consumables.

5. Managing plan, control and organize the planned periodic, preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment’s, machines and trucks in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety, to supervise and follow up on actual progress of each individual repair job.
6. Create & maintain a register of all workshop equipment to manage the timely calibration and maintenance of this equipment, to ensure all trucks, machineries and workshop equipment are maintained to the highest possible standard.
7. Managing the administration of the mechanical workshop, to ensure all log books and departmental records are effectively maintained to enable stock control, ordering of parts and all other workshop functions operate efficiently, to forecast and order spare parts for specific jobs/special job or for stocks replenishment
8. Managing and formulate cost estimates for work required, to ensure that warranties are properly followed up, monitored, and documented, to follow up repair order, registering the time taken to complete each task.
9. Performs trouble shooting and diagnostics procedure on vehicles, machineries and equipment, To record observations and findings during diagnostics run and to decide on the correct method of repair, as necessary
10. Testing and approve operators for truck, excavator, loaders, cranes, grader, backhoe, etc.
11. Conducting final check/test driving for all vehicles/trucks prior to release.
12. Conducting annual performance appraisal of all direct subordinates.
13 maintaining a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.


Other Responsibilities:
1. Managing the human resources under supervision, in terms of employee relations, recruitment, careers, development and training activities, performance management, as well as propose area’s structure and dimension and to provide a leadership focused on employee alignment towards the fulfillment of company’s objectives, promote employees’ development and maximize their productivity.
2. Ensuring the compliance with the Systems, Quality, Safety and Environment, guaranteeing the implementation as well as the adherence to all the related policies and regulations by workers, contractors and service providers.
3. define, propose and control the department budget, annual department plan, operational objectives (i.e. quantities, needs, cost, etc.) analyzing its development and identifying the 'gabs' which allow the definition and implementation of corrective measures, To reach the defined objectives in terms of volume and quality at the right cost.

* Evaluates man hours and costs on individual repairs, maintenance and modifications. Reviews and ensures implementation of standard codes of practice pertaining to all company vehicles and safety and environmental precautions are followed in accordance with company standards.
* Recommends in-house or Agency repairs for the major maintenance works. Ensures the cost, time and reliability of services are thoroughly evaluated.
* Maintains a stock of fast moving parts and ensures that inventory levels are in store to meet work demand. Liaises with Planning Team on spares availability, price agreements and service contracts. Assists in preparation ofآ annual budget for Western Region and monitors the budget and reviews manpower and operating expenses. Reviews maintenance costs and ensures that resources are utilized properly.
