Responsible for maintain sales accounts, purchase accounts, a/c payable & a/c receivable over the Accounting software program & updating in spread sheets and file maintenance. Executing cash & cheque transactions. Preparing delivery notes according to the customer’s purchase order. Reconciling bank statements & verifying financial reports .Preparing month end reports of sales, customer payments, stocks, deliveries, customer balance with pay due, salesman sales & collections. Protect organization's values by keeping information confidential.
The main tasks are executing of customer's insurance claims & prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of insurance claims with classifications. Answering phone calls with provide solutions & informations of customer's inquiries. Determine to provide estimates of claims to which branches all over the country & keep records of each claim by updating over the software program.
Greeting customers, maintain call center tasks & dealing with customer's/patient's inquiries by provide required informations & solutions. Determine to channel which doctor for customers/patients according to types of disease & doctor's specialty. The main tasks are billing as per the doctor's prescriptions & handling cash, card transactions. Prepare reports of the day to transactions by verifying cash & card balances compare with system reports.
