2. Cover all shipment by insurance.
3. Taking shipping documents from forwarder & apply import permit in online to BEPZA
4. Handle CNF agent to clear & deliver the goods to warehouse timely.
5. Checking freight forwarder, Currier, insurance bill as per service quotation & maintain billing database separately also send the bill to finance after taking approval from manager.
6. Complete survey process for damage goods.
7. Claim to insurance company for damage goods.
8. Customs assessment calculation.
9. Bond entry & updates the status.
10. Prepare freight cost Saving report monthly.
11. Prepare report of total inbound freight cost for each month.
12. Prepare GIT report for each week.
13. Follow up insurance claim settlement & maintain settlement database.

13. Loss/profit calculation of each shipment & providing report for every month as well as after end of year.
