Conducting 5S & Visual management Audits to improve work culture.
Oversee Lean transformation initiatives. Establish value stream relationships and continuous flow strategy. Develop program acceleration strategies, analyzed learning curves and strategic lean implementation plans by VSM & Process flow tools.
