Commercial Project consists of two Buildings A (18 floors) and B (7 floors) and revolves around a Top Down Construction method.
• Duties: Lead, direct and monitor all the civil and architectural activities on site. In charge of the project’s budget for material and manpower, invoices, letters, daily reports, look ahead schedule, daily site inspections.
• Project: 3 Beirut - Beirut (Three buildings, 18 to 32 stories)
• Duties: Analysis of structural drawings, follow-up of masonry, plastering, HVAC,
plumbing and electrical works, verification of formwork and steel prior to inspection,
follow-up of well implementation of safety measures
• Project: The Penthouses - Jal el Dib (Residential Building, 20 stories)
• Duties: Analysis of structural drawings, compilation of steel orders, follow-up of masonry, plastering, HVAC, plumbing and electrical works
• Project: The Strassco Tower - Zalka (Offices Building, 18 stories)
• Duties: Analysis of structural drawings, compilation of steel orders, verification of formwork and steel prior to inspection, follow-up of well implementation of safety
measures
