As purchasing coordinator I, assist in all purchases for the company. I compiles and maintains all data and information regarding purchases. I reports to the Procurement Manager regarding purchase orders. Negotiating to vendors to get better prices and deals. Works with vendors to ensure prompt delivery. Sourcing new vendors for better quality inventory as well as better prices.
• Responsible for receiving of all the items delivered in the showroom and input them in the system using the Microsoft GP 9.0
• Responsible for the entering of the item barcode in the system.
• Responsible for item transfer for all store sites.
• Preparing the receiving and damage report.
• Assisting the cashier in the POS using the Microsoft Retail Management System.
• Welcome prospective customer with politeness.
• Ask their respective orders by giving the product specifications and price lists.
• Serving the customer orders and assisting them to all their needs while in the shop.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the shop at all times.
The purpose of this job is to install, repair, and maintain printing, communicating, computing, and networking systems. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, repairing existing computer equipment, installing new systems, maintaining inventory, and performing additional task as assigned.
