July 08/June 10 Responsible for Gulf & Pakistan sub-region
Responsible for Gulf and Pakistan region consisting of eight countries of approx. 1500 employees, including: UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Yemen, Bahrain, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Leading a team of 8 Country HR Managers and HR business consultants.
Areas of Responsibilities
- Manage the full scope of HR service and ensures the efficiency and quality of HR service at region level.
- Ensure that HR processes fulfill the requirements of local labor agreements and labor law.
- Understand the business situation and translate business targets into HR action.
- Set and review strategically appropriate targets for the HR region organization.
- Responsible for resourcing and people management at region level.
- Responsible for efficient development of HR competencies in the region, HR resource and cost planning.
- Contribute to the MEA HR Management team.
- Ensure that the local business needs are taken into account in global planning.
- Coach and consult management teams, individual managers on HR value chain.
