-Responsible for the customer service team in the branch in terms of providing required training for operational work and all applications on system, revising the filing system.
-Responsible for handling all customers' inquiries and complaints
-Updating customers’ profiles in accordance with the bank’s compliance requirements.
-Selling and promoting the bank’s products to customers (Saving and Current accounts, CD’s, TD’s, Over Drafts)
