• Breaking down and segregating cargo as per their air way bills ready for distribution.
• Delivering goods around the camp to the respective consignee.
• Making sure goods are delivered to the consignee in an orderly manner and on time.
• Ensuring the consignee signs the respective paper work such as proof of delivery and air way bills after verification of receipt of goods
• Assisting passengers during check in with their language.
• Weighing passengers check bags and carry on so as to make sure no exceeding of baggage so as to comply with the aviation rules
• Assisting in and outbound passengers thru the security screening so as to make sure no prohibited goods are carried on board.
• Directing passengers to their waiting area ready for departure.
• Assist in escorting passengers from their waiting area thru the flight line to the aircraft keeping in to consideration on the ramp rules.
• Creating awareness to passengers on offers and special packages that we have going on like hotel bookings, baggage transfers and airport pickups.
